will it be ok for me to buy Oculus here in Toronto and send it to my sister in Germany? She mentioned something about it being banned in Germany. I worry that it will be stopped in custom entering Germany and if it makes it through customs, will it work well.
but as already mentioned, if you buy it in your country and ship it, shipping cost will add to the invoice and based on the total amount (the product + shipping cost) import duty might apply and on top of that 19% of import VAT will apply.
So she would better be off buying at amazon.de.....
