hey so I've been having this problem with my oculus quest 2 where its not connecting to my wifi like it says connected-no internet which doesn't make sense to me because the day before it started,I was playing all fine and then the next day I got on and it wouldn't work .I did take it to my cousin and dads house and connected and it had no problem. its only my moms wifi which I don't understand because its way better than my dad and cousin wifi yet I am not able to connect the wifi .any suggestions or any thing would really help it sucks that I already have a problem with this thing -thank you
Hi @lil_BeanerBoy, If you haven't already try re-powering the router at your mother's location. The router may be refusing the connection. If you need further assistance, please open a support ticket with us here.
