Different lighting and textures on the quest vs playmode

hey,

I am new in unity and made my first steps. 
Now i am wondering why the lighting and textures from my scene looking different between what i see in the playmode in unity vs when i run it on the quest.
All Walls, Floor and Roof is set to "static" to create a baked lightmap.
