How hard is it to port a game that uses the Oculus Interaction SDK to PCVR?

When I started using it I figured it was part of the cross-platform OpenXR, so I didn't bother adding a platform compatibility layer. Was my assumption incorrect? I don't have a PCVR setup with hand tracking at the moment so I can't test.
