Is interaction sdk avilable such as hand tracking with grab, poke, and select?

I was wondering if interaction SDK is included with the new SDK 34.

Well the SampleFramework folder has a HandsInteraction subfolder a bunch of scripts that look promising (e.g. FingerTipPokeTool) but I can't find any example scene anywhere or any documentation for that matter.
Anyone know how to use these things?
