Oculus statializer FMOD 'unable to find plugin 'OculusSpatializerFMOD'

Wondering if anybody has knowledge or up to date links to implementing Oculus statializer with FMOD into UE? If I add the OculusSpatializerFMOD plugin line to fmod audio plugins within UE preferences, when I close the project, I can no longer build the project from VS 'unable to find plugin 'OculusSpatializerFMOD'' - not sure how I can make it find the plugin on build hmm. I have OculusSpatializerFMOD.dll copied in each folder of fmodstudio>binaries>platform (with plugins.txt with one line 'OculusSpatializerFMOD' added in each folder)  which is installed in the project level. I can't seem to find decent instructions online. How can I make it find the plugin?

Thanks

Hey again @jayktaylor! We are just reaching out seeing you still need any assistance?

I have this bit working, in FMOD studio I can use the oculus spatializer plugin. The part I am having difficulty with is using the statializer plugin in UE. If I don't have the plugin also installed in UE via plugins>preferances> fmod and adding the plugin as a line, the fmod audio won't play when I am using the spatializer, correct?

It's after adding that plugin line in, I can't build the project, it says oculus spatializer not found.

Is there another link for that part? I can't figure out how to make it find the spatializer dll.

I will try that - but that site says it is for admin dev support, not tech support.

We definitely hear you on this, @jayktaylor! Tech support for specific developer functions, such as the Oculus Spatializer Plugin (OSP) for FMOD, will be most optimally handled by our Developer Support directly. Our Developer Support helps w/ launching and maintaining apps using those specific tools, so they should have the best insight into what steps to take to get that tool working for you properly. You can also check out the Developer Forums to see if the developer community has any additional insights there! We want to make sure you get the most accurate details for that tool, so please don't hesitate to let us know if you're still having trouble after speaking with them!

I think I will give this a miss and not use the Oculus Spatializer. I can't find any help.

I will use the FMOD spatializer which has no head tracking. Suggest one day documentation is added in how to install the oculus spatializer into unreal engine.

We're grateful for your effort here, @jayktaylor! If you'd like to explore different solutions or take a break with that tool for now, that's totally okay! We highly recommend staying here on the Developer Forums for some more hands-on experience from the development community. It's completely up to your discretion if you would like to continue using the Oculus Spatializer Plugin, and we recognize where you're coming from. Your feedback and dedication here are truly appreciated.

Is there a way I can log a support ticket?

You gave me a link to the 'developer forum' to seek advice, is that not this? When I click the link it takes me back to this. If I follow the https://developer.oculus.com/support/ link you gave, it says if I am seeking tech support, to goto the dev forum, which takes me back to here.
