I Can't Join Session,do anyone know why?

I followed this article and did so, but I am using ue4.27.1.
I don't understand any of the CPP code.
C:\Program Files\Epic Games\UE_4.27\Engine\Plugins\Online\OnlineSubsystemOculus
I modified the two files in there according to the article, but I'm not sure if it took effect.
Anyway, still can't join the game.

I moved the plugin from the engine to my project and packaged it again. He reported an error.

I am reinstalling the engine to restore the original code. Someone please help me.

sorry you need to use 4.26 source from unreal not Oculus they wont help anyone or fix it
