Steam works independently of home I believe, so in effect you have to download them twice. You won't see purchased in your oculus home library and you cannot run it from there. It'll be steam only. Good price though.
A PC with lots of gadgets inside and a thing to see in 3D that you put on your head.

You can launch from steam, it opens home and steamvr, why you say you need to download twice? Not sure you can even get it in home at all with the steam key really.

Yes once to play it from home and the other in steam. You cannot run it from home hence having to purchase it twice if you want too? Am I right or having a blonde moment ?

No that's right, if you want to play from home you would have to buy it again at full price. But what would be the point when it works just fine from Steam really 🙂

Thanks OP by the way, just bought it!

hi all,

Steam detect´s the VR Software (Oculus / Vive) - you can check that in the right upper corner (there is a VR - Symbol / Steam Client).

if you download any game / software your steam client will set up a new "category" on the left side (library) called "VR" and will sort the VR games / software there.

start the game / software by right click and select Oculus / Vive if i doesnt start automatically

have fun!

If you buy the Steam version, does it support ATW?
