360 Stereoscopic Panoramas Help

I have problems with 360 Oculus Photo since some days ago.  It is not launching. It is frozen at start. I have tried everything. Reset the device....

Anyone know other viewer for 360 steoroscopic panoramas? Thanks

Let's see what we can do to help out! 360 photos are a super fun tool and we want to get you back into the asap. 

• Can you confirm what type of device you are using and if any errors pop up when using it? 
• Is it just failing to start? Are you able to interact with it at all?
• And when you say "everything" can you be specific so that we don't repeat steps you have already taken?

Hi,  we use Oculus Go and we have tried several times uninstalling the app a installing it again. We have tried to reset from fabric Oculus Go too. The problem is that when we start de app, the circle starts to spin around with the text " destinos semanales" (weekly places) and nothing hapenned. After some minutes we close the app.

When did these issues begin to occur exactly? You said recently, but how recently? Is it happening with other applications? Did you update the game or your device recently? It may help pinpoint the root cause.

These  issues began two weeks ago only with 360° Oculus Photo. I have reset de device trying to solve the problem reinstaling everything updated. The problem continues.

Let's check off some basics so we can continue to narrow down the problem:

• Are you using this application?

• Do other applications load/work fine?
  • That way we can narrow this down to a device problem or a singular app problem.
• What version of Oculus software is the device running? 

As for other Oculus 360 photo viewer applications, try using the "Oculus Go" section in our online store and type in "360" in our search bar to see what other photo applications are out there. We can't pick favorites, so the final call on what to use is up to you! Here's a quick link to speed up the search

Yes , We are using that app. The problem is only with that app.

So we did some digging for you and found some additional information. 

It seems the developer of this app has stopped updates for it, at this time. Meaning it is likely incompatible with out current software.

For now, we recommend you find another 360 photo app and await a possible future update to the app of your choice. We are sorry for the inconvenience as this is a saddening situation to be in. Thank you for your patience and being so responsive.

Any suggestions for 360 Photo Apps supported on the Oculus Gear VR that will allow you to view your own 3D images as I haven't found one yet that allows for viewing your own 360 Stereoscopic Panoramas on the Oculus App website.
