360 video player poor image quality

The Facebook 360 videos are very very low quality even though I have a 100M connection to the outside world and have no congestion/buffering issues etc.

Is there somewhere an HD setting or something that I'm missing?  B)

the best you can do is get your own content of 360 videos

rip them off youtube in 4k-8k ( I use 4k video downloader to que them up) and then play them in a player like virtua desktop or whirlygig


different videos are different quality in the oculus store video player, results may vary

on the plus side we do have better cameras releasing around about now/soon so expect a jump in quality (nokia ozo)
