Hi All,
For quick background about the issue I’m encountering, Meta suspended my account last Monday (28th July 2024).
So I already did my best to find a way to reach support team (which is also really painful), then someone suggested to message my concern via Meta Store Support in WhatsApp. Messaging @MetaQuestSupport was also suggested so I did both.
31st July 2024 PH time, received a reply from “specialized team” stating that the headset registered to my account is part of an investigation launched by another customer and they asked for the proof of purchase. I replied as soon as I read the email with the original receipt from the store where I bought my Meta Quest 3.
Since then, I regularly ask for an update. And since 2nd August 2024, the support team is now providing conflicting answer varying from my reply didn’t pushed through their system, the proof of purchase I provided is already acknowledged and escalated, the team will reach out within 24 hours and all sorts of generic answers. Even @MetaQuestSupport is also asking me same sorts of question via PM here (I’m now thinking this admin account is a generic account also handled by whole support team.)
I even provided the proof of purchase MULTIPLE TIMES via WhatsApp and resent the said proof via email yesterday (3rd August 2024) but still, everytime I initiate a follow up on my ticket, they still say “ it seems you haven’t responded yet.” which is really frustrating!!
I’m posting for everyone’s awareness and if ever someone here is experiencing the same thing and have an ideal to escalate it in legal manner, I’m more inclined to do so. ALSO, THIS CONCERN IS STILL NOT RESOLVED AND I’M STILL IN THE DARK OF THIS WHOLE SITUATION.
For Meta, LIFT THE SUSPENSION NOW. Since I already provided the proof of purchase you are asking, I don’t see any reason why this is being prolonged. If you need to do further investigation, PLEASE LEAVE MY ACCOUNT OUT OF IT!!! WOULD THERE BE ANY COMPENSATION FOR THIS UNJUST SUSPENSION? I GUESS NONE, RIGHT?!?
