All my apps won't wont show up on my newly installed Quest 3

Just setup my Quest 3 through Occulus Mobile App, and non of my Quest 2 "library" can be found on the new Quest 3.

 

And spent few hours try to get support, wast my time

If Meta keep on this kind of service, life won't be prolonge long

The happen most likely with their database crash no long ago issue

I'm not sure what's going wrong....while setting up the Quest 3 it asked me immediatly what of my games I want to install.

However, I saw another post with the same issue.
Try what @Hiro_Protag0nist   suggested....installing from store.
If that doesn't work you should open a ticket here

Hi @inDreaming  - had you enabled cloud backup on your Quest 2?

And then I wonder if you also have to do the same on the 3?

They would still have to be downloaded of course, even if they showed in your library.

I guess you'll just have to search for them in the store and you should be able to install them from there but if you don't have cloud backup enabled your saves won't be migrated.
