Arizona Sunshine buggy? HW crashes...

I've had a few CTD with errors pop up while playing Ariona Sunshine - seems a bit buggy to me.

Today I was playing the part in the mine, and the HMD stopped responding, and would seem to reboot (confirmed by my main monitor going black which happens when Oculus HMD initialises for a second).

I checked the log files and I see these that seem to start the problem:

***

The following information was included with the event:

28/12 23:12:56.674 {!ERROR!} [DML:HMDNormal]
HMD Rift CV1[WMHD302F500BUN] Catastrophic error occurred: No IN reports received on MI:1, count = 3. Triggering HMD reboot...

***

Also see these right after the HMD reboot request:

28/12 23:12:56.695 {!ERROR!} [HW:Health]
LED state change unverified after 2 tries, will try again...

28/12 23:12:58.436 {!ERROR!} [Kernel:Default]

Mine sometimes crashes when loading new areas or when i die but not every time, just has a debug prompt on the pc and a black screen in the rift. Its fun but the only game ive had issues in the Oculus store.
