Black Screen with Games launched from Oculus Home (DK2)

I am able to open Oculus Home on my DK2, but when I actually launch a game or 3D experience, I just get a black screen.
I can hear the audio of the game, but no visual.

Any help would be appreciated.

I am having the exact same problem.   Was there a solution to this?  Thanks

Is this happening in all games, or just specific ones? When you say Oculus Home works, you mean the VR environment, right (rather than the desktop app)? Can you make sure you have video drivers updated to the latest?

Hi Cyber, Specifically it is/was happening in lucky's tale when opened from the Oculus Home desktop app.   I recently updated the video drivers, and after doing so the game seems to run, but it opens in a little window in my main monitor instead of being viewable in the headset.  The headset remains black.  The tracking is working and I can control the view with the headset but Is there maybe a setting somewhere or are my display devices configured wrong somehow to get the video projected to the rift?  I was going to try reinstalling all the oculus software and drivers along with oculus home next to see if that makes any difference.

Without launching Lucky's Tale, if you just put the headset on, do you see the Oculus Home VR environment?

no.   If I start the oculus home app, a window just pops up on the main display that allows installing and running installed games, but the oculus itself has a black screen.  I didn't even realize it should be doing anything like that.  I do see a message, "your computer does not meet rifts recommended specifications and your dk2 is unsupported".   But i have another operating system, (win7) installed on the same machine and with runtime 0.6 for older games it works fine on things like elite dangerous..  The version that isn't working is win10 running the latest oculus home version.  Will it just not attempt to run if it fails the hardware check or something?

Actually now that you mention it, I do see a blinking hourglass on the rift appear every so often on the lower right corner, does that mean something?
