I am trying to play blade and Sorcery on my oculus quest 2 but it is not working. I bought it on steam but I am not sure how to connect it to steam to play.

Refund and get the Oculus Rift version instead. If that version does not work either, you can refund it too. The Oculus Rift version supports native Oculus drivers which might not be supported in the Steam version.

Firstly you need to connect your QII to your PC either by a compat PC-Link USB cable, or or you can do it over wifi via the QII Airplay(basically a virtual PC- link cable), you will find Airplay in the QII settings to switch it on,  then on your PC start up SteamVr then start the game, it should then play in your QII.
