This paints me to write as I'm a shareholder of Meta, but their headset and customer service absolutely blow!!  Just after a year of owning my occulus 2, the clip on the headstrap broke.  I fought with customer service and they absolutely refuse to send me a new strap because it's out of warranty.  I wasn't being rough with it, it wasn't a kid who broke it.  The thing just broke.  It makes me never want to buy another occulus and I'll have to encourage my kid against the company.  I went onto amazon and bought a 3rd party strap that gets way better reviews than the original strap. 

I expected a lot more out of Meta.  Buyer beware....
