Can't get my Beat Saber on my new Quest 3

I have a few purchases on my meta account, Walkabout Mini Golf and Beat Saber and Virtual Desktop, I got my Quest 3 today (512gb) and went to download Beat Saber, but I can't.

I can't find a support location/link to send ORDER # for someone to check what is going on within Meta.

Any thoughts, is the Quest2 version of BeatSaber locked to the Q2.

I did originally buy it when I didn't have a quest, so I could play it with a friend who had a quest, so I used to play the Quest version on the HTC Vive, but now I own a Quest3 and want to play it.

Thoughts?

I installed the Quest version of BeatSaber on my Quest 3, it worked. (I have it on Quest 1, 2 and 3)

You said "so I used to play the Quest version on the HTC Vive". That's not physically possible. The Vive is a PCVR headset, it can not play Quest games.

There's 3 main ways you could own Beat Saber:

- from Steam or other PC store: works on Rift, Quest (only when connected to a PC) and Vive

- from Rift store: works on Rift, Quest (only when connected to a PC). Vive can work if you use the Revive program to trick the game into thinking its on a Rift.

- from Quest store: works on Quest only

If you didn't buy it from the Quest store, you'll either need to connect to a PC to play it, or buy it again for Quest.

Will probably be the one, I own it on PC (Steam) and my buddy owned it on his Quest 2 and I wanted to play with him, at the time, I didn't own a Quest

Now, I know the option/reason I'm cool with it, I was just confused as to why I could install Walkabout Mini Golf, but not Beat Saber, when I thought I remembered buying them the same night the same way.

I'll just buy it again on the Quest, as I do like that game and want to be able to play it tether free at times. 🙂

Thanks for refreshing my memory.

And also with their website saying "Your order has been added to your Meta Quest library"

I just guessed it would be in my library... ah well. 🙂
