Cant buy anything

Hi..im from greece and i have oculus rift with tuch controllers. Why i cant buy anything from the shop? No way to buy games with paypal or a credit card.can you help me please...?

During install you are asked to add a pincode to your account. You are also asked if you want to add a payment method.

Now, when in the oculus home store. Pressing a game or app, then pressing the price button. SuperhotVR for example. You will be asked for your pin ( in case you already entered creditcard information during setup). Or to choose a payment method first, then your pin.

Where does it go wrong for you ? 🙂

I try on my ps4 to buy with paypal and its ok....
Try to add a credit card and i cant...

Mmmm ... I didnt have any issues whatsoever .. Im using a creditcard VISA certified.
I have never used paypal, so dont know how that works.
Did you have any issues during the install of the oculus setup ?
Also, seems that when oculus staff comes by your post they tend to ask for logfiles of the setup.
To save time upload one so that your issue could be handled faster.
Hope you will soon get to enjoy your rift, its a joy. As a second option a lot of games are available through steamVR. I offcourse buy games and apps where the price is lowest. Try that out just to make use of your rift in case you havent already.

I suggest you contact support with the issue. You can also delete the paypal account in your account right here on the oculus website and add it again. Then reboot te store and try again.

oh and make sure your paypal account is verified.

Been dealing with this same issue for over a week. Tried PayPal, Visa, tried Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Tried three different PCs, still not able to buy a thing. Support has been great tho, been in contact with me on an ongoing basis trying to resolve the issue. If we get it fixed I'll come back here and share it with you.

I make a new paypal acount and everything is ok now.i dont know why i cant buy from my old.i try to buy something from ps store ( ps4 ) and its ok....i do t know what happens really.btw thanks for the help i have to find a solution quick.
