I have an oculus quest 1. When they first came out in the UK there was a long wait due to stock issues so I ended up purchasing from Amazon (Germany). Now one of my controllers has broken, but I cannot get a replacement as my address is in UK and Meta cannot apparently ship to UK. This is extremely poor customer service. I have been a fan of oculus for years and encouraged many others with making their own purchase. To be treated like this is really putting me off making any future purchases with Meta.
Meta definitely ship to the UK. At least as long as you are part of the mainland, they often don't ship to islands that are technically part of a country.
Although another issue is the Quest 1 was discontinued and they stopped making controllers, there might not be any spares to ship.

Yeah if you're loving your Quest 1 your best bet might be to buy one off Ebay - just looked, there's a couple of buy it nows for the whole headset at £120 - just offer less.
But you can probably get a Quest 2 for that now? Sell yours - that's an option maybe?
