The new trailer:
Wishlist on Steam:

Smells like true VR to me, needs a cpu with 6 cores, great to see! - Could be a real gem 🙂
RECOMMENDED:
UploadVR just wrote: "SixSense explained that it had stepped away from social media to focus on improving the game over the past two years. “During the development of Lonn we’ve worked hard to create immersive levels that feel open while having a linear structure,” the post explains. “You could say wide linear with player freedom and choice of how you overcome each gameplay scenario. The core gameplay challenges you’ll encounter are combat, platforming/parkour and puzzles.” SixSense now says that the game will launch on Steam for PC VR headsets later in 2022."

"Smells like true VR to me, needs are real cpu"
As most VR veterans and enthusiasts know, a title does not need a CPU to offer a true VR experience 😊
Although I would say that being 100% tetherless instead of tethered to a PC offers a true VR experience.
That aside, this game looks interesting. But as always, best way to see the final product on the market. There are plenty of poorly done PC-VR titles. Hopefully this isn't one of them!

I can't believe the improvement since the last trailer. This looks insane !

Fully agree - maybe we should include the old trailer - which still looks miles ahead of most current very mediocre VR games:
Btw, Lonn's announcement trailer goes way back to 2019, the game may have been in development since 2017 or so. Originally Lonn was planned to be released in 2020, but went into prolonged development. The game may have taken more than 4 years to make. The Lonn website is here:

It really doesn't look far ahead of many games I've played in VR from 2016 to present day. Technolust alone, from 2016, looks better than this. From the trailer, this game feels like a toned down Robo Recall.
Not impressed so far, but I think this will be great for VR newbies.

Also Lonn arrived yesterday, I'm 2 hours in - and it really is not very good, but at least it's much better than Bonelab, lol 😄
Sometimes 5 years in development can indicate great polish and quality, but it can also mean that the game suffered from long delays and was pushed into too early release in order to avoid total failure... And Lonn is the latter.
Lonn has awesome graphics - much like Boneworks and Alyx, but where Lonn fails is the sluggish controls, feels like I'm fighting under water, and the bad voice acting, semi-empty world and limited story. Object interactions feel like a game from 2016 (but seems to be patched or will be). Lonn also was made from a team of 3 persons - that's not much and unfortunately it shows. It's hard to make a game the size of Boneworks with so few persons.
But I'm early in the game, maybe it'll pick up the pace on the later levels.
The game was made for Index and Quest 2 - devs said these are the hmds they use for the game. I took some shots - but the great graphics will hide the gameplay issues:
Yup, those graphics are purdy...
The lighting is real - not fake like in Quest ports as Red Matter 2 and Bonelab
You get gravity gloves like in Alyx
I'm afraid many users will think Lonn stole the concept of gravity gloves from Alyx, but Lonn had these gloves in 2019, months before Alyx launched - this Lonn trailer is from 2019:
Some effects:
As written there's real light in Lonn - the light illuminates your hand, light sources in Bonelab and Red Matter 2 do not illuminate anything (=fake Quest light)
Fog/smoke effect
- and textures are indeed ultramersion quality:
Check out the wall texture - look real-ish
Some more npcs:
- and environments:
I'll give it another shot later today - performance is fine.

I stand corrected with Lonn - the beginning of the game is not very impressive, but the game grows on me. I guess my rating at first was 6/10 - now I'd accept 7.5/10. It takes some time to get used to the controls, but then the physics start to be at least as great as Boneworks:
Gravity gloves have a steeper learning curve than in Alyx, but work great - here I'm moving platforms
- and the lighting and atmosphere are impressive:
Also the weapons are great - and I got me a new knife 😁
My first knife
My second knife - with my sincere thanks to the donator 🤗
Shooting with guns takes practice - but I'm beginning to enjoy it.

New update has taken LONN to another level. My favourite VR game of '22 and top 3 VR game ever.

Agreed - at least to some degree. The Lonn update is now official - read more here:
Being Christmas time we've added a Christmas tree and a little message for you in the main menu level.
Npc's in the map have dialogue with you so make sure to talk with them. They will help guide you and fill you in on the map objective and some background about the place you're visiting. Hinting at a few things we'd like to expand upon one day.
You'll be able to select background music for the game mode from the music selector. You can also select none if you just want ambient noise. By default the music is off so you can choose which track you'll like. We've added a few from the game.
This is the weapon we put the most work into. You can swing it and defeat enemies in a small amount of hits. However if you hold trigger to charge it and then smash an enemy you can kill them in one hit. It's heavy and designed to be held with two hands.
This sword is quite long and should be fun to play around with. Stab enemies at a distance!
We wanted to experiment with having the ability to make weapons where the impale point and direction is on another side. So with the axe you can smash it into enemies and stick it into them. We've added this weapon into the arena as an experiment. Let us know how it feels and if you run into any issues.
Sigh, I might have to start all over again 🙂 But gone is the latency on movements - so much better for immersion.
