Dead and Burried Bugs and Annoyances

There's a couple of annoyances in the Dead and Buried game. Since the game was made by Oculus Studios, I was wondering if there is a better place than this to leave feedback?

1-The door opening mechanism in Robbery is useless and adds nothing to the game. It's where I experience the most bugs with Touch and it just creates a frustrating experience. I would suggest removing this aspect of the game.
2-Cover is often right outside of my Guardian boundary! This is pretty obvious, make sure players can get cover inside their Guardian boundaries. Dying a bunch because of bad design like this is a great way to make people not want to play.
3-Feet height is not well detected. Kind of goes back to number 2. When I spawn and there is only a box to cover me and I crouch and my head is still at standing height, I'm going to die really quick because of bad design. Please make sure to place our feet on the ground, especially if the cover is super low on the ground.

Hey, you just arent using it correctly. Stop thinking inside of a little box, this is VR. Crack the door open a little bit for your partner to shoot through and maybe catch the defenders off guard... all the defenders have to do to negate this is simply sit behind a box until they come through the door. Beware though, the defenders can shoot you while you are opening the door.

*edit - I would suggest slowing the rate of fire on the rifle as well as limiting the grenade launcher to only 3 shots.

I still think the door layer is useless. Most newbies have a really hard time opening the door and it results in the other person being killed more.

I like the new update, it fixed a lot of things.

One of my pet peeves at this point is that your world goes black when you are outside the area. This is a bit infuriating when it is in your cover area, even if you have bad tracking your survival relies on your being in this area.

I would do a bit more work to make sure cover can be in the play area and find a way to disable the screen going black when outside of the Guardian system.

I have had some trouble getting games going for lack of people, apparently.  When I go to do a "quick game" it rarely finds someone and when I create a game I usually end up sitting for 5 minutes and no one comes.  Its only found me someone twice.  Am I doing something wrong?   Is there anywhere to see a list of games that are currently looking for players?  It would be great if you could do something in the meantime while waiting for a game besides sitting in your VR headset staring into space.

I have the opposite issue of impatient players leaving the game I'm hosting before we can finish reaching 4 players.

I suggest discussing in-game to check if the host is inactive or just silently waiting for a full room 🙂

I enjoy pulling the doors open in the Robbery. Makes me feel like a badass entering a room before laying down da law!

There are times when the "Green start button" for starting the game is given to an inactive player and that ruins the whole thing. there should be a way to detect and kick inactive players.

Sometimes the green button is given to an incompetent random player (children or non-attentive people) and it's not possible to start the game because it's outside of our control.

The matching system is a nightmare. I'm often in a room for 3-5 minutes with one person. If I get out and join a new quick game, I can sometimes find a full room right away. Try to merge waiting rooms if you have two rooms with two people.

Also, I sometimes pull the plug by accident while shooting and it's sometimes impossible to get back in. This means my partner is screwed. Some people ragequit. It would be nice to be thrown into an incomplete game that is missing a player to not "ruin" games when someone leave because of rage or technical difficulties.

It's still extremely annoying that the screen goes black when outside the bounds. I don't care that it's outside the bounds, I'm trying to survive and the dark screen is rage inducing.

Yes!  This is a major issue.  Frustrating to wait 5 minutes for a 4th in shootout, give up, and discover there is another 2 on 2 shootout also awaiting members.  It's so bad that I often give up and just exit and play something else.  Suggestions:

1) Allow the lobby to move players from one game awaiting participants to another
2) Allow us to select multiple types of games from the beginning.  Usually I'm OK with any match (except <edit>quickdraw</edit>) but it makes me pick one and a few minutes later if I don't find one gives me the option to expand the search.  Let me start out with the expanded search.

Another option in addition or instead of merging rooms would be to show a list of the open games awaiting players (and number of spots open).  Then people can select themselves into waiting games and not create new ones if they see ones already waiting for people.  

BTW, I really do love this game.  It is great.  These little fixes would really go a long way to improving the user experience though.

Also, please do not blank the display if your HMD moves outside the guardian.  I have mine set conservatively to make sure I don't punch a wall but in this game if a virtual obstacle is near the guardian, the display blanks whenever I try to peek around it (very annoying).  I know I can just expand the guardian (I did) but I don't understand why the screen was made to black out in the first place - showing the guardian is all it should do.
