Does anyone still have Grimlord demo .apk somewhere for Quest 1 ?

To put it simply, I missed the release of the demo for Grimlord, thinking that as the demo was released on Quest 1, 2, 3 and Pro, the entire game would also be released on these supports, what a surprise to see that, not only, the game is not released on Quest 1 (which is not really surprising), but to also see that the demo which was available on Quest 1 was also distributed in a limited way, which remains the only opportunity to discover this game on it...

If I have to buy a new headset, plus the game, it's clearly out of budget, so if anyone still had the .apk file on their headset after downloading the demo, I would be more than grateful.

Aaaaaaaand, after speaking with the game's development teams on Discord (who have the APK in question on file), they seem to have no interest in an isolated customer looking for their demo, all that interests them is is that I buy a new headset or a new PC and pay for their game.

So I'm going to go and download it on YGG, and I advise you to do the same, a pirate client will not change the way they work, maybe if there are more of us, it will give them a good lesson.

If you have no other way than to illegally hack a game to get it, then piracy becomes a completely understandable solution 😉

After looking for it since a long time, i finally tested every version on YGG, and the 0.4.6.20 (even for V51) worked like a charm on my Quest 1, you can look for it on YGG and try it out, but that way of thinking don't make me buying that game -_-'...

If that version is working, why does the MetalCat team does not share it when asked ? -_-'...

I'm glad you got it working! But what actually is YGG? I'm curious, is it like a server where you can get the apk files? Where do you find it or download it?

Also, yeah MetalCat should definitely just keep the demo available on the quest store.

YGG .re (I'm not sure if weblinks can be posted here ^^') is a torrent website where you can find almost anything you want, movies, music, games, it's like a huge internet archive where old files are avalable.

But it's blocked in almost every EU country, so you might have to change your DNS on your connection or pass by a VPN to download anything from it 😉

I'm French, and YGG is blocked in my country, but if i'm connected with Google DNS and with my VPN, i can have access to it no problem 😉
