Fall of the Titanic

I have the Titanic VR demo and look forward to more.  But I saw an incredible video called Fall of the Titanic which looked incredible. Looks like it has been pulled from steam some time ago. Is there ANY way to acquire this game? I was so bummed it is not on steam anymore

Here is what someone said on the discussion on Steam.  If it's true.  I feel for his family:

""The developer died last October from Carbon Monoxide poisoning. He was a young guy too, either a senior in High School, or just starting out in college. Shame. I'm not going to write this on every post, but hopefully people get the idea that no one is going to respond and it's impossible for anyone to work on the game unless they have access to his computer (which his parents probably do...or it's been sold) or the source code, so unless he had a relative who knows programing etc. this is the final version. Kind of eerie if you think about it.
