There aren't a huge number of presets at this stage, and no facility for creating or modifying existing ones (that I know of) but this is certainly moving along the right lines - some of the presets are truly gorgeous and make full use of the display - the Spirograph preset really stands out as one of my favourite Rift experiences of all; I could sit in there and watch the tunnel of dots to my favourite songs forever...

I had good, trippy results just from running Winamp visualization on Virtual Desktop. Of course i agree that a full 360 experience would be better.

VisiR is the best one I have found so far. There are quite a few visualizations that are very comfortable in the DK2.

What I wouldn't do for a 360 degree 3D milkdrop on winamp!

Budda Clubotron is a pretty enjoyable music demo as well, although you need to replace the original music track to get different music into it. It allows you to jet pack around the room and draw colorful shapes.
