I updated the game and i was getting stuck on the 3 dots when loading in i reinstalled and checked for updates i even factory rest my oculus and its still stuck on the 3 dots when loading in someone help please

it is a problem with the profile because i went on a diff profile and it worked i  just need it to work on my main bc i bought stuff
