Help with TF2VRH code

I think I have gotten a TF2VRH code, but it says that it's already activated, even though the original owner claims it was never activated, is there a way for them to contact support to check what happened to the code or get a replacement?

You'd need to talk to Steam support. It's a Steam code for a Valve game from before Meta became involved with VR.

Since the codes were given out 11 years ago, I'd say the person who gave it to you tried it ages ago but forgot.

I have reached out to the person who had backed the original Oculus, but they didn't claim the code by going via the mail link, is there any way for them to still get their codes? Via support or any other way.

As above, they'll need to contact Steam support. They are the only ones who can help with TF2 codes.
