When trying to buy a game I am prompted with the message “add new payment information.” So I put in my information and it tells me that a problem occurred and that I should make sure all of the information given was correct. I tried two cards, a debit and a credit and neither worked. Thanks for the help!
Yip. I just added payment details through that. You can do it without a headset and through web browsing. I used it to get some Black Friday deals before my headset arrived. Just log in with your account on any browser.
