Our Quest 2 is no longer paired to our account and every time we try to repair it we are told the code from our Quest 2 is invalid. I have now tried to also create a new account with my facebook account and I get error messages. How do we pair this Quest 2 that my child paid a lot of money for?

you can try factory resetting. all the apps/purchases are linked to the account(s) so you won't lose etc., but you may lose some in-game progress depending. make sure the headset is on. on your mobile app, the 3x line menu icon for your account/app menu, in device management, devices, you'll see the quest 2 headset, select the headset, headset settings, advanced settings, factory reset. then the headset is like brand new, and it will go through the setup process as you did the first time. this should resolve the repairing issue.
