How to adjust screen size in Horizon Workrooms?

Hi. I'm a doctor. I'm wondering on buying meta 3 for work. Naturally, I have a lot of paperwork to do. We have a cloud based journal-system that is edited inside a web browser. Is it possible to put on the glasses at the end of the day, lean back on my office chair, have a big screen in workrooms in front of me and write the journals? Can I resize the screen so that its more "into" my face in the AR world while I type? (I can type without having to look at my keyboard). I have migraine and neck problems and would love to relax back while writing with some music.. Anyone have any experience with this who have a lot of paperwork in their work day? Thank you. I have the newest windows OS btw.

Hey @TheBarryMan! I'm personally not too familiar with Workrooms, but I do know that there are a couple other apps that allow you to use your desktop screen while in VR. For example, and my personal favorite, Big Screen is free and can be connected through both cable and wirelesses (AirLink). In Big Screen, you can have lots of options for how you view your desktop screen with virtual location and the size, distance and curve of your desktop screen! Another option, which is paid for, is Virtual Desktop. I've heard great things about this software, but from my understanding the app can only be connected wirelessly, so you must have a strong internet connection. Not sure the options available for adjusting your screen size in Virtual Desktop, but I feel sure there is what you're looking for. I hope this was able to shed some light on possible options you can use to make a Quest 3 apart of your daily work life! Let me know if you have any other questions!

I'm unsure about resizing screens, but if you are using windows there are two different voice typing capabilities built into that operating system. Highly recommend using dictation instead of typing. This will help free you up from your keyboard but also make for a more organic experience.

Mac computers also have a dictation capability, I think.

Check out voice access for Windows, and also voice typing. Voice access is found by searching for it in the start menu, button voice typing can be activated by pressing the windows key and the H key.
