If you're playing Pavlov without a PC connection, it should mean you're playing Pavlov Shack Beta within your native Quest headset. Could you please confirm which you're using?
If this is Pavlov Shack Beta, it may be linked to the username of your Meta account, meaning you'll need to change your display name through your Account Settings. This can only be performed once every six months.
If you have Pavlov SideQuested, you may need to search around some forums for help as we don't have information for SideQuested games!
