I bought a Q2 a few weeks ago (begin of november). I just saw the commotion Asgard Wrath for free and they extended this promotion until end of Januari now.
I can't figure out how to claim it though, I activated the link, tried several free apps/games. But everytime I want to download or instal Asgard Wrath, I get prompted for €39,99
Anyone has this problem too and how did you manage to solve it?
You need to contact the support either via chat if that option is available (bottom right) or via email by creating a ticket on the following link. tickets(dot)oculusvr(dot)com/hc/en-us/requests/new They will prompt you with date of purchase so it would be great to have receipt. And the serial number of the device which can be found on the left side on the strap hook. (Need to take off the strap) or in the oculus app. I got it all sorted out within 10minutes via email.
