You can't. Gunman Contracts is a PC only VR game.

You could play it with a Quest 3S if you connect to a gaming PC (using Link, Airlink, Virtual Desktop or SteamLink), but you can't download it to the Quest 3S itself, it must be played using a PC connected to the Quest.

The game has not been released yet, but is expected to arrive sometime in 2025.
