I think you have to hold the trigger or grip button on your (R)ight controller
Look here.....it's not about Quest 3 controllers, but the layout is the same as on Quest 2.

Just curious......I can't remember I had to rotate left and hold a button. at the beginning.
Only remember the height calibration.....where need you to do that rotation thing
