Is there any way to play rift games on oculus quest 2?

Yes, but only if you have a gaming PC. You can use Link, Airlink or Virtual Desktop to play PCVR games on your Quest.

That will depend on the spec. The most important part of the GPU, which really needs to be on this list. If it's not, but is similar in performance, you may be able to use Virtual Desktop to bypass the Meta hardware restrictions but an underpowered GPU is never going to work well.
