Kingspray does not start

Windows event log says:

and:

Error [3221225477] returned from library item infectious-ape-kingspray-graffiti

Tried starting it with admin rights. Without luck. Can I maybe create a folder manually?

Fixed it by setting my windows Picture folder correctly (and movies, and documents). In explorer, right-click the folders and set them to an existing folder.
