I purchased the Dead Secret app and after playing the game for a while, it crashed. There was nothing but a black screen. As a result, I uninstalled and reinstalled the game TWICE. Soon after, the entire app disappeared. It's as if I never purchased the app at all. I can't reinstall it; I have to pay $9.99 to purchase it again. I put in a ticket and so far, the problem has not been resolved. I feel like I was cheated out of my money and that there is NOTHING I can do about it. I even requested a refund; nothing has materialized. I have been ripped off and I am livid. Caveat emptor!
