Low Performance in Steam VR

Hi, I wrote about hand tracking and low performance some time ago. I bought ethernet cable, change place of router and change resolution in SteamVR. It's better, but I still have lags sometimes and it's  really annoying 😞

My speccification:
- Meta Quest2
- Router HALNy HL-4GMV
- Motherboard Gigabyte Z390 Aorus Master
- Processor Intel I9 9900k
- Graphic Card Gigabyte GeForce 2080TI gaming oc 11GB
- RAM 48GB 3200MH

Computer is connected to router by Ethernet cable (cat 6a) to port in motherboard.
Googles are connected by WiFi to 5GHz band.
I have auto settings in AirLink and resolution in SteamVR at 60% by now. I think that it's low, but I still have problems with performance.

Should I change something in my speccification or settings? I don't know what to do anymore.
