Meta Quest Link PC Apps Casting directly, keep failing

I wanted to try using Meta Quest Link PC Apps Casting directly, but I keep failing. Here are my steps:

1. Update Meta Quest Link PC Apps to the latest version
2. Connect Meta Quest Link PC Apps and Quest 3 via AirLink
3. After successfully connecting, the [Casting] button in Meta Quest Link PC Apps is grayed out and cannot be selected
4. It might be because Casting is not possible in Streaming mode, but I connect to Meta Quest Link PC Apps via AirLink because the [Casting] button inside the headset only has options to connect to phone and internet, with no option for PC; only after Headset Streaming can I see the grayed-out [Casting] button on the device in Meta Quest Link PC Apps on the computer
5. The [Casting] button in Meta Quest Link PC Apps is grayed out, so I can only exit AirLink and return to the lobby. After I exit AirLink and return to the lobby, I originally thought Meta Quest Link PC Apps and Quest 3 would disconnect, but the Apps still show as connected, while the headset shows it's disconnected
6. Then strangely, the Meta Quest Link PC Apps [Casting] button suddenly turns blue, but after clicking it, although the Casting window pops up, Casting fails to start successfully, and the screen is black
7. Possibly because I first exited AirLink to return to the lobby, Meta Quest Link PC Apps and Quest 3 also disconnected after a short while
8. Not sure if it's because Quest 3 is currently still on v69 and hasn't updated to PTC71, so I want to register for PTC using my phone
9. But following the steps on the official website: Meta Horizon mobile app > Tap your avatar picture at the bottom, then tap in the top right > Tap Devices > Select the headset you want to find to join Meta Quest PTC with > Tap Headset settings, then tap Advanced Settings, the Advanced Settings button is grayed out and cannot be selected

Can someone give me some advice?
