If you don't know, you can already play minecraft with the quest 2/3/pro : the name is Questcraft, and you can find it on sidequest You need to own the java minecraft (not the bedrock one) to connect and be able to play
But installing QuestCraft request to be in dev mode and do some things (many youtube tutorials) that some people will never do (needs a computer also to install I guess) So not everybody will do that And people would like also a bedrock version, and with updates! (it's minecraft!)
So the request is legitimate but I don't know if Microsoft will want to do it (and it requires a bit of optimization to make it run properly on standalone) and if Meta will pay for it (but it's an important game for VR gamer, as important as GTA san andreas that Meta has just abandonned lately...)
ps: in case you don't know, if you have a computer with minecraft bedrock on it, you can also play it with your quest , by link or by wifi (search minecraft pcvr)
