For a couple weeks now I haven’t been able to use my quest 2, because nothing in my library is showing up. I don’t know how to fix it and I miss using it please help me.

Hey there, thank you for bringing this to the community! We understand how inconveniencing this is so lets see if we can get to the bottom of this. Try logging out of your Oculus app, deleting and reinstalling the app. Then log back into it and try to use your headset again. If that doesn't help please submit a support ticket here and kindly include all of the troubleshooting steps that you have taken to solve this.
