Due to me mostly playing VR games (=Alyx) when the kids are sleeping, I tried to play some pancake HL2 Episode 2 and I saw that you could enable VR in the start menu. For now I only have that game installed on my old Q6600 + GTX 680 office pc, but do you know if Episode 2 will work in normal SteamVR - like using the CV1 or Index? I was thinking that the VR support in Episode 2 could be some leftover from the early DK1-2 days... Also the textures aren't that good, not sure VR will make them greater, lol. And then there's the (lack of) Touch or Knuckles support - pretty sure you won't have any VR hands...
