I spent $500 on this headset and barely 5 days later it’s not letting me buy any more games or even add another payment method. Finding help online is an absolute joke. There is nowhere to turn for help with an actual person. You’d think with the excessive issues with this that I’ve seen everywhere, there would be somewhere to get help easily. The customer service is nonexistent.
