Same here, Pre-ordered and cant download, no debit on my credit card even (i recall reading debit approx 24 hrs before launch). Only 5 euro but its a matter of principe know.
They've stated on Reddit that they're aware of it and are working on it... One guy said that he could start the install from his Not Installed tab. Anyone tried that?
I tried that and it didn't work. Just reset my machine and that did the trick. It looks as though it isn't one particular thing that fixes it. Might just be coincidence and timing. For those still struggling, try either updating store, checking the Not Installled bit , or rebooting. Most likely none of those will work but you may get lucky like me. Pretty poor stuff for such a high profile release in any case.

Game is not showing up in the not installed tab unfortunately. I also seen that if you cancel pre order and just paying full price it works but I don't know if I trust that either.
