Question VR Experience DCS and MSFS

I have a query about VR capabilities in MSFS.

I have DCS World and I can never get a good experience, it looks bad full of "jaggies" and is laggy and really hampers my experience.

I have a Quest 3 and an AMD RX 7900 XTX.

I am a helo pilot and fancy some search and rescue play, medvacs too and want to know if anyone has done both DCS and MSFS and can compare the fidelity, performance and any pros and cons.

I am not asking about gameplay.
