Refund not accepted yet after 144 hours !

Hello everyone !
I asked via the Oculus app a refund for two games that I bought on my Oculus quest : Sairento VR untethered (because the multiplayer wasn't working) and Sculptr VR (for the same reason).
I asked for this refund the 20th of October, and I still have no answers, I begin to become worried.
Is that normal ? Is there a way to have an answer ? I really prefer steam's policy about refund. When the Oculus Link comes out, I'll make sure I'll only buy games through Steam, because waiting like a week or more to get a refund is kinda annoying...

Oculus is not known for their great customer support. I would contact them again. Maybe your inquiry got lost somewhere. Don't know how that could happen with digital support, but apparently it does.

Can I contact them another way than sending a ticket then ? I'm tired of waiting forever for an answer :neutral:

I never had problems, did you play for more than 2 hours or bought any of the games for the second time?

I played them like... 30 minutes for sairento and 10 minutes for Sculptr VR.
And it's the first time I buy them both.

After sending a ticket about these refunds, here's the reply : 

"Hello,



Thanks for reaching out to Oculus Support, I'd be happy to help
look into where that refund is for you.



After checking, I do see it them in our system, but it hasn't
been processed yet, typically we would have this done in 5 days or so and
currently we're at 6.



Would you mind giving it a day or two more, now and then it
takes longer than expected.

If after that it doesn't happen, please get back to us.

Well... After 2 days, still no refund. So now I asked 8 days ago for that refund, ans nothing happened.
I'll contact them again today.
