This is about the Replacement Process for META. It's ridiculous!!!! The amount of info they require is discouraging, and a well place tactic on the company part to do so. Serial number off the box that it comes in. I dont know anyone that actually keeps the box. But to help anyone going through this go back to your order history and make sure its not selected on 3 months back. Make sure its selected on anytime. Meta shorten the requirements please!!!!
