Late reply, but I've just logged a call with Oculus and Harmonix support. This game will not download.
I tried 2 desktops and a laptop. Windows 10 pro and 11. 21h1 iso, 21h2 and the latest windows 11 iso. No luck
I have a 1.5tb library of games and i've just downloaded it 3 times following Oculus support's messed up "turn it off and on again" Or "uninstall and reinstall" basic scripted suggestions.
Support is useless. Their desktop delivery software doesn't handle the dlc well.
Wow you went through hell it sounds like, very frustrating but your hell has pretty much sealed it for me as far as dlc. It's an odd thing though that I have the base game downloaded and it plays fine, but only if you don't try buying dlc. When last I tried to buy any they wouldn't download and tried deleting the entire game and re downloading it but then it wouldn't download the game anymore had oculus refund and remove all dlc and the I re downloaded the base game (no dlc) and it plays fine again. Can't explain why, neither could support.
