I was going to mention that it’s on sale. I haven’t picked up any VR titles yet in the Steam sale, but I grabbed Wolfenstein: Youngblood and Metro Exodus for when I eventually get myself an RTX card.

I nearly pulled the trigger on the Flying Circus IL-2 DLC but I hear there's going to be a Volume 2 with proper campaign so will wait for that. Thinking about Moss too but the Quest version is probably better for me as it's one of those games that friends and family would enjoy... when we're allowed to go and share headsets!!! that one's on sale in the Quest store so may get that, shame it isn't cross-buy though.
I'm a bit meh with the choice of new VR titles right now.
13700K, RTX 4070 Ti, Asus ROG Strix Z790-A Gaming, Corsair H150i Capellix, 64GB Corsair Vengence DDR5, Corsair 5000D Airflow, 4TB Samsung 870 , 2TB Samsung 990 Pro x 2, DK2, CV1, Rift-S, Quest, 2, 3, Pro, Windows 11 Pro 24H2 (10.0.26100)

There is a great third party campaign manager - PWCG - that works great in IL-2 and also Flying Circus Vol 1. 1CGS stock campaign is very good, PWCG takes it even a step further in customizability of a campaign.
I spend the bulk of my SP flying in IL-2 with PWCG. I have Flying Circus also but my main preference is WWII action. It really is an incredible tool and is constantly supported and updated by the author. You can read about it on their forums.

Yeah, I knew about the third part tool and it sounds pretty good but I wasn't sure how good the campaign storyline was. Vol 2 sounds to have a larger scenery area and more planes to go with the campaign so I think I'll still probably wait but depends on when it's due to be released. I couldn't find out exactly. I think it's available on early access but not on Steam.

1CGS just recently announced they had the go ahead for FC Vol 2 so I expect it will be a while.
