Looks like genuine PCVR, devs recommend a RTX 2080, but there's a Quest 2 version coming too.
For PCVR, only Rift is supported, maybe this game/sim was originally targeted the Meta/Oculus Rift Store, but ended up on Steam due to the lack of Meta's engagement in PCVR. Does not make much sense launching a game on Steam with only Rift support...
