Tai Chi Issues

When using the Tai Chi app, the targets are outside my guardian and I can’t reach them. Is there a way to reset it so they are within reach?

I would love to use this game, but had to ask for a refund because of these issues that I hope some day get fixed: 

1) Needs to accurately take the users arm length and height.

2) In controls-free mode, I only had one hand that worked, while there was no ball to follow with the other.

If this gets fixed, I would love to also find out. I actually quite enjoyed this, but right now it's just not functioning properly.
